Defective Product Returns

Every TNS Hair product is held to the highest design standards and tested before packaging and delivery. However, if you receive a defective* product from an online purchase, please contact us via our Contact Us Form or email us at info@tnshotbrush.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can return a defective* product for a full refund or exchange.
You are responsible for the product until we receive it, so please ensure it is in its original condition with original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you a status update.

So easy to use. I have quite thick and long hair and it usually takes an hour to curl it but with this machine, it takes less than 20 minutes. Leaves my hair looking healthy and luscious. Great for soft curls in the ends and voluminous curls as well. Hair doesn't get caught and the curls last a long time even without hair spray. Easy for touch ups over numerous days. Could not recommend this more!
