We're confident you'll love your TNS Hair product. That's why we give you 60 days to decide.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
How It Works:
- The 60-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to online purchases made at tnshair.com.au.
- The 60-day period begins from the date of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Defective Product Returns
Every TNS Hair product is held to the highest design standards and tested before packaging and delivery. However, if you receive a defective* product from an online purchase, please contact us via our Contact Us Form or email us at info@tnshotbrush.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For defective products:
- You can return a defective* product for a full refund or exchange.
- You are responsible for the product until we receive it, so please ensure it is in its original condition with original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you a status update.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
- If a refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
A TNS Hair product is considered defective if:
- The unit does not turn on.
- The unit shuts down by itself during use.
- The unit does not reach the set temperature.
- The LCD screen does not turn on (if applicable).
2-Year Warranty
All TNS Hair styling tools come with a 2-year full replacement warranty. If your product stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.
Conditions Not Covered by Refund/Replacement
- Wear and tear or physical damage caused by improper use.
- Products purchased from unauthorised retailers.
How to Return

- Receive confirmation — we'll provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship your item back to us with proof of postage or tracking number.
- Refund processed — once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
