For warranty claims you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays the date and place of purchase. Replacement products will be covered by a limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.

Defective Product Returns

• You can return a defective* product for a full refund or exchange.
• You are responsible for the product until we receive it, so please ensure it is in its original condition with original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you a status update.
• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage or a tracking number.

*A TNS Hair product is considered defective if:

1. The unit does not turn on.
2. The unit shuts down by itself during use.
3. The unit does not reach the set temperature.
4. The LCD screen does not turn on.
